Conditions of Hire |
| BOOKINGS A provisional booking will be held for seven days after which 'Rosamund The Fair' reserves the right to offer the time to another applicant. A firm booking is made only on receipt by R.T.F. of a completed and signed Booking Form and the full boat hire fee as a deposit. BALANCE The balance of the fee must be received on the day of the trip. CANCELLATION If a trip is cancelled by the organiser, the deposit is forfeited and the balance of the total fee becomes due. R.T.F. will try to operate as arranged but no warranty is implied or given. If it is unsafe to cruise for any reason {eg. inclement wearher), R.T.F. reserves the right to remain stationary. If a charter is cancelled by R.T.F., all monies will be refunded and there can be no further claims against R.T.F. DEPARTURE If the time of departure of the boat is delayed by the late arrival of any of the group, it may be necessary to reduce the trip time in order to keep to schedule. PASSENGERS The group organisers or a nominee must be on board throughout the cruise and is held fully responsible for the behaviour of the party. The organisers will be held responsible for any damage caused by members of the group to the boat, its fittings or third parties. SAFETY In the interest of safety all instructions given by the Captain and crew must be followed at all times. The trip may be terminated at any time in the interest of safety. In such cases R.T.F. cannot be held responsible for any distress caused by this action. PROPERTY R.T.F. will take all reasonable safety measures but cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any persons or property incurred during any part of the cruise. Because of the nature of the restaurant, seating arrangements are planned for safety and practicality. It is normally not possible to seat more than 4 people to a table. SERVICE A 1O% Service Charge will be added to all private parties for food and drink. Rosamund The Fair is the trading name of Rosamund Catering Ltd. |
